House Clearance Offerton – How It Works

We will ask a few relevant questions regarding size, outbuildings, lofts etc in the property.

We will provide you with a quote, and accommodate a date that best suits you.

A team of three of our house clearance specialists will arrive at 9am on the day of the appointment.

The team will carry out the clearance to the highest standard, ensuring that the property and/or outbuildings, garden, sheds, and loft are fully cleared, including carpets/ white goods (if required).

Once the team have finished, they will provide you with an invoice which is payable via card, bank transfer or cash. If you are not present for the clearance, the team will take photographs of the empty property, and email them to you along with your invoice, and return the keys to a requested place such as solicitor/ family member/ neighbour.

We can also carry out a one-off deep cleaning service straight after the house clearance is completed.
